For Kerry

Kerry is a co-founder with myself (Dee) and Cocko. I think Kerry deserves a lot more love and recognition than what she gets. (I hope this doesn't upset you Kerry!)

Well, Kerry started with us when myself and Cocko were still running as Dark Light. She came shortly after the loss of her mum - needing something to take her mind off things. We had at that time put out a post looking for new decoys to join us, so we took her on board as a decoy and we instantly gelled with her. She was one of the quickest to train- as if she'd been doing it years. Every day she was online updating us, decoying non stop, even to this day she will still be up until the early hours.. Kerry threw her all into it. She is by far one of the best decoys I know and has caught some of the worst ones and helped put away so many. When we left DL and decided to start up this team, Kerry was with us 100% and it was only right that Kerry was made founder. Like us, she didn't want to stop catching the predators.

I've lost count of how many phones she's lost, how many apps she's on and how many chats she has going not just with 1 decoy but 2.

Little did we know she would turn out to be the heart of the team and the most valuable asset - sorry Cocko, it's not you....its Kerry (haha)!

It's really not easy being a decoy and with Kerry having children (the youngest with lifetime health problems which means she cannot work) and a husband who I guess you can count as another child (sorry W ;D) Kerry also helps me with the inbox on the page, MG11's to type - hers and decoys, the research, googledrives, decoys to train up, police calls to catch up on, chats to sort and helping other decoys. She really has very little time for herself.

If we ever have a problem, we all go to Kerry - be it regarding a predator or personal life. Everyone knows that she is there to turn to. Very few people exist in this world where you feel at ease with them and know that no matter what, they will be there for you without judgement. I feel so lucky to have her not only in the team but as someone I can class a great friend. If I could make a mould out of her and duplicate her for everyone, I would. Every day she is in the chat saying good morning to the decoys, then on whatsapp to say morning to myself and Cocko. Kerry is so positive, her quick wit and one liners has us all laughing, even when we're having a dark day. I've been having many of them lately and she makes me feel like I can carry on and that with her support, everything is going to be ok.

I guess what I am trying to say is we would really be lost without you Kerry and I speak for everyone when we say, we love you and we appreciate everything you have done and continue to do xx

Now pass me the sick bucket because that was too emotional, even for me!
