After receiving the intel from the decoys, it is then time to track the predators.

Sometimes this is extremely easy just by searching their names and locations on free to use sites, other times it can prove to be difficult and more needs to be done. Re-reading back through the logs looking for clues, matching up photos, going through their accounts and friends lists to match up any similarities. This can sometime take days, occasionally bringing in members from other teams who have other means of tracking.

Once found, the hunters then go out on the road. They spend their own money, (earned through working!) fuelling their cars and taking time away from their families, travelling the length and breadth of the country to confront the predator.

They will only sting on 100% concrete evidence so we have to make sure that everything we give to them is correct. Once arrived at the meet point or address, the hunters then live stream the sting. We do this for several reasons. Mainly to prove that no harm comes to either part or any false accusations are made. To expose them for what they are in the area they live in and finally to raise awareness. Sometimes the guys are requested to go to the police station to do MG11's, this means they get the pleasure of spending up to 8 hours sat in the station giving evidence. We're lucky enough to have some great admin on board who type these up whilst the live is streaming. We then email these straight to the officers once the live has ended so the police can begin the process as soon as possible to avoid any delays.

The hunters put themselves out there to protect the predator from anyone who may approach and to prevent any possible harm coming to them. Like us, they want justice served the correct way, through the courts.

Street justice serves no purpose, it doesn't raise awareness nor does it get their names onto a register.
